As developmental arm of Johor Corporation (JCorp), Johor Land Berhad’s (JLand) main aim is to focus towards developing a well-planned development and quality homes. Over the last 45 years, it has grown to be a dominant player of property business in Johor. 

JLand’s key achievement in developing and maintaining strong track record of building community has been proven by the success of development of residential neighbourhoods in Pasir Gudang, Taman Damansara Aliff, Johor Bahru and currently the on-going development of premier township in Bandar Dato’ Onn, Johor Bahru. Besides that, JLand is also developing suburban townships at Bandar Tiram and Taman Mutiara Gading, Batu Pahat as well as other residential and commercial projects spread across Bandar Baru Majidee, Tampoi and Pagoh.

Being a developmental arm of JCorp and in line with the State Government’s aspiration to enhance and stimulate economic activities, JLand has embarked in developing and upgrading sports facilities and infrastructure in the Arena Larkin development for preparation of SUKMA 2020.

In addition JLand through JCorp is also developing affordable homes at various locations in Johor Bahru. 934 units of affordable homes have been completed and about 1,200 units will be completed this year. JLand is committed to develop about 8,000 units altogether by 2025.

Long term commitment to sustainable development and ability to respond to the needs of local market have made JLand continues to be pro-active in identifying market preferences and develop new products in line with market needs. With strategically located land bank measuring more than 1,000 hectares in the heart of Iskandar Malaysia, JLand is well poised to sustain and strengthen its leadership position in the property development sector not only in Johor but throughout Malaysia, within the next 10-15 years.
