TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd
TPM Technopark plays a vital role as Project Manager for our Group construction projects awarded by the Federal Government to the State of Johor, via the State Development Office (SDO). It provides project management services for commercial and industrial developments, as well as sales and promotion services for industrial lands and properties owned by JCorp. There are a few industrial land projects by TPM, namely Pengerang Industrial Park, Tanjung Langsat Industrial Complex (TLIC) and Kulai Iskandar Data Exchange (KIDEX).

Damansara REIT Managers Sdn. Berhad (DRMSB) was incorporated in 2005 and is focused on the management of public listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). DRMSB has been earmarked as an important component in the real estate & infrastructure division to stimulate growth within our Group of Companies. DRMSB is the only REIT manager in Malaysia managing two REITs, namely Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT and Al-Salām REIT.

Al-Salām Real Estate Investment Trust is a Malaysia-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). It is a diversified Islamic REIT with assets strategically located in Johor Bahru as well as in other major towns throughout Malaysia. Al-Salām REIT was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 29 September 2015. The principal activity of the trust is to invest in Shariah-compliant properties.
TLP Terminal Sdn Bhd
TLP Terminal Sdn Bhd is a newly incorporated company, appointed as the operator for the Tanjung Langsat Port. TLP Terminal has secured a concession for 30 years in which they were granted amongst others, the right to develop, operate and manage the provision of facilities at the Terminal. TLP Terminal offers liquid jetty facilities mostly for the loading and discharging of petroleum products and edible oil.
