As a state corporation, Johor Corporation (JCorp) is subjected to various laws, which include the Johor Corporation Enactment 1968 (Amended vide Enactment No.5 /95), the Incorporation (State Legislatures Competency) Act 1962 (Act 380), and the Loans Guarantee (Bodies Corporate) Act 1965 (Act 96).
We constantly strive to uphold the Federal Government’s recommendations and initiatives, especially in the context of corporate governance. JCorp also ensures that its administrative affairs and operations always adhere to the good corporate governance practices, with the belief that a robust corporate governance framework will contribute to an improvement in the accountability, integrity, transparency and the sustainability of the company’s initiatives.
