Effective August 1, 2023, Anizam assumes a direct reporting relationship to the President and Chief Executive. Armed with a Master's Degree in Science (Land Administration & Development) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malaya, Anizam brings a strong academic background to his leadership role.

With a wealth of professional experience of over 16 years and diverse roles across various industries and sectors, Anizam is a highly experienced and skilled individual. Prior to his current position, he actively participated in the Cross-Fertilisation Program between JCorp and the Johor Civil Service (JCS). His journey led him to assume the role of Chief Operations Officer at the Johor Housing Development Corporation, showcasing his multifaceted expertise and dedication to organisational success.
