Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universiti Malaya, Lai Sin Kee has established himself as a distinguished expert in finance. Holding a Securities Commission Capital Market Services Representative’s Licence (CMSRL) and being a Chartered Accountant certified by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Lai brings extensive accounting knowledge to the table. His expertise in Islamic finance is further underscored by his certification as a Certified Islamic Financial Practitioner from the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF).

Before joining JCorp, Lai Sin Kee served as the Head of Client Coverage at Affin Hwang Investment Bank, where his adeptness in client relations and financial advisory played a pivotal role. Now, in his current role, Lai leads strategic initiatives within the Corporate Advisory department, drawing on his rich experience to drive sustainable growth, strengthen stakeholder partnerships and deliver long-term value for the organisation.
