Najmie Noordin currently leads the Transformation, Talent & Ecosystem (TTE) Division for Johor Corporation. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.

His career spans roles in telecommunication, consumer goods and education sector, specialising in organisational transformation, strategic leadership, sales growth and people development. Prior to joining JCorp, he served as Group Chief Executive Officer at Cosmopoint Group of Companies, a higher education management company, driving organisational transformation and growth initiatives.
